Q: Should I included just the trainer body and lid?
A: Yes, but don't forget to include one copy of your Order Confirmation as well.
 
Q: If I accidently send batteries, pads and/or cables with my shipment will I get them back?
A: No, we cannot guarantee that you will receive these items back with your unit.
 
Q: Can I ship more than one trainer per package?
